Rules and Regulations
Dogs must be healthy and like other dogs.
We do not accept
- Aggressive dogs
- Un-neutered dogs
- Puppies below six months old
- Dogs that will ingest unnatural foreign bodies etc plastic, cloth
- Senior and frail dogs
We reserve the right to not take your booking if the mix of dogs is not suitable for your dog. Please do not get upset as we made the decision based on safety as priority. We can recommend alternatives if possible.
Owners and dogs must make appointment for meet and greet to assess suitability.
Check in and out timing is 12pm – 5pm.
After hours check out charges will apply at 50% of per night charge.
The following services are chargeable:
- Cleaning of ears
- Grooming services at grooming partners
- Showers
- Vet visits
- Buying additional food
- After hours check out
We no longer offer brushing of teeth as a chargeable service. We will send to a groomer.
Your dog must be vaccinated with annual vaccinations which is compulsory. Kennel cough vaccination and canine influenza vaccination is highly recommended.
Your dog must be on Flea and Tick Prevention like Frontline or Nexgard, Simparica
All dogs need to sign a waiver of liability before the booking can be accepted.
